Planning an annual marketing calendar is beneficial to the entire organization so all can be prepared for upcoming campaigns. It’s also a great way to get all of the employees to share and engage with the content produced and distributed. The trouble with these calendars is how to show a lot of content without overwhelming the viewer.

For Elixir, I used the Smartsheet calendar app, allowing the marketing team to make updates and the employee to view in real time. It can be sorted by topic (for example, show all blog content) and can display via monthly, quarterly or annually.
