Providing education and information is a vital way members can take an active role in their own health, which has been shown to lower overall healthcare costs. Additionally, the company had a Medicare Part D plan, which will cease to exist by January 2024. Over the years, the plan had as many as 1 million members. One of the ways we engaged this audience was with health and wellness articles targeted to the Medicare audience.
